Hello, my name is Lisa and I have been baking and decorating cakes through my business for the past six years. My great passion from the age of fifteen has been cooking so I naturally began my Chef apprenticeship after completing high school in 1992.

I then worked my way up through one of the best five star hotels on the Gold Coast to become Head Chef in Sanctuary Cove, remaining there for four years. I loved my career, but unfortunately the lifestyle of being a chef and a new mother of two, was unsuitable for our family.
